What is Auto-Ship?

Auto-Ship takes the hassle out of reordering by automatically delivering the animal health products you rely on, right when you need them. Simply choose your delivery schedule, and we’ll handle the rest.

How do I get started with Auto-Ship?

Getting started is easy. Simply find a product you order regularly, click Auto-Ship, choose your preferred delivery frequency, and add it to your cart. Your default credit card will be charged each time the item ships, and you can update or change the delivery schedule anytime.

What are the benefits of Auto-Ship?

Avoid scrambling to refill prescriptions or supplements and never risk a missed dose. Set a schedule for your favorite products and enjoy peace of mind knowing your animals won’t go without.

Most Auto-Ship orders qualify for a 5% discount. Auto-Ship discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Some exclusions apply and will be noted on individual product pages. If a 5% discount is not shown, the item is not eligible for a discount, but you can still enjoy the convenience of Auto-Ship.

You can manage your Auto-Ship preferences anytime, including quantity, frequency, and shipping address, by visiting valleyvet.com/account/auto-ship/.

How do I update my payment method for an Auto-Ship?

Log into your account, go to Dashboard > Payment Methods to set a new default card, indicated by red star.

Will I be notified before my next Auto-Ship order?

Yes. You’ll receive an email reminder one week before your scheduled shipment. Changes can be made up to 48 hours before the ship date.

Is there a membership fee?

No. There is no membership fee, and you can cancel at any time. Auto-Ship is designed to be flexible and convenient.

How are Auto-Ship orders shipped?

Auto-Ship items ship via Ground Service unless a specific product requires a different shipping method.

How do I change my shipping date or delay my Auto-Ship order?

Log into your account, go to Dashboard > Manage Auto-Ship, where you can:

  • Send now
  • Change order frequency
  • Skip product/order
  • Pause subscription
  • Cancel subscription
  • Set a new ship date 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged on the shipment date. A pending charge may appear earlier as we prepare your order.

How can I change my shipping address?

Go to Dashboard > Manage Auto-Ship, select shipping, and choose an existing address or add a new one.

Returns for Auto-Ship products

If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible products in new condition within 30 days for a refund. Please note that, per Federal law, prescription medications cannot be returned once they have left our pharmacy.
