SafGard Dual Temperature Pasteurizer

SafGard Dual Temperature Pasteurizer is designed for home use. Allows you to heat-treat colostrum and pasteurize milk. Simply flip a switch to choose standard pasteurizing or lower temperature heat treatment. Heavy-duty thermostat controls the temperature to destroy disease-producing bacteria. Automatic shut-off when pasteurization is complete, with a buzzer to let you know that milk is ready for cooling. Pressurized heating and vacuum-sealed cooling provide fast processing of up to 2 gallons at a time. Outer shell and cover are constructed of stainless steel. Inner milk pail is aluminum.
